Lima Consulting Group

Malvern, Pennsylvania, November 10th, 2022 – Today, the Lima Consulting Group announced that they have finalized their sponsorship of one of Philadelphia’s most active non-profits as a major donor, the Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC).  LCG is the first Latino and Veteran owned business tosponsor the UAC’s breakfast as a major donor.

The donation will accelerate the UAC’s digital transformation.  LCG will provide cash and in-kind services to implement and support the use of Oracle NetSuite, Adobe Workfront, SAP Signavio, Qualtrics and many other innovative solutions to scale and standardize operations at the UAC.  “This investment will act as a force multiplier for good to not only the UAC, but the 80+ non-profits who ultimately will have their financial infrastructure on this platform,” remarked Bill Good, partner at Lima Consulting Group.

This milestone marks the beginning of a trend. I see the mighty engine of minority, women, and disabled-owned businesses matching big business investments in our community’s highest impact nonprofits,” said Arun Prabhakaran, President at the Urban Affairs Coalition.”

LCG began serving the UAC as trusted advisors in 2011 and together they forged a partnership that enabled growth for both organizations.  As LCG scaled from its beginnings in 2004 in Philadelphia, it is now multi-national consultancy with clients and employees throughout the Americas.  “Given our commitment to support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, there is no better place for our social responsibility investment than the UAC”, said Paul Lima, Managing Partner at the Lima Consulting Group.

On the 18th of November, the UAC will celebrate its 53rd anniversary at their annual fundraiser at the Philadelphia Convention Center with over 900 guests.
