Lima Consulting Group recently hosted an intimate virtual round table with digital transformation leaders across industries.
Managing Partner, Paul Lima, opened up the discussion by reviewing theory and best practices from his recent eBook, How to Become Digital Transformation Leader in 90 Days, before opening up to group discussion.
We polled participants along the way, to get a feel for the stage of transformation within their organizations and typical challenges faced.
A few takeaways from the results:
• For the majority of participants, a full time digital transformation role didn’t exist prior to their arrival.
• While it may appear that the biggest challenges around digital transformation involve technology, for the majority of our participants and clients, people problems like breaking silos and building consensus, are the most prevalent challenges.
