Chris Bannister

Chris is a Program Manager at Lima Consulting Group. His background in managing multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise-wide initiatives positions him to well serve as a trusted advisor. He provides strong leadership and management experience for initiatives that require consensus building, coordination between a large number of stakeholders, and detailed project planning. Prior to starting with LCG, Chris held various operational and executive roles various international non-profits. Prior to that, Chris worked at Tyson Foods as a Lead Solutions Architect and Project Manager in the Information Technology area. He also has a background in e-commerce and application development. He resides in Melbourne, Florida.
