Paul Lima

Managing Partner

Paul is a trusted advisor to the visionaries of today charged with creating the digital experiences of tomorrow. In 2004, he started the Lima Consulting Group, a multi-national, consulting firm, to work with visionaries to create a better digital future.   

He’s a veteran of the United States Army and was one of the founding officers of the Nation’s first cyber-warfare capabilities.  Prior to starting the Lima Consulting Group he led a team that web-enabled one of the financial services Industry’s largest trading platforms, a system that processes $1.5 Trillion dollars a day.   

Paul is a graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and he earned a Master's Degree in the Management of Technology, jointly awarded by the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) and the Wharton School. Paul speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English and is the host of the Visionaries Guide to the Digital Future podcast. 


Bill Good


Bill operates at the intersection of business and technology and has a proven background in strategy and organizational leadership. Bill joined Lima Consulting Group in 2018.

Bill has co-founded two technology startups, establishing his history of uncovering new opportunities and synthesizing executable strategies to support development of leading-edge products and increase marketability for forward-moving companies. His expertise in business management is strengthened by intellectual curiosity and grounded in real-world get it done experience.

Bill is a certified Sales leader in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.

He holds a Master of Science in Technology Management, awarded jointly by the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering (SEAS) and the Wharton School, and holds a B.S. from Franklin and Marshall College.
