Fabrizio Haas


Fabrizio founded Lima Consulting Brazil in 2010, where now he holds an active board seat.

Fabrizio started his career in marketing at Unilever, where he spent seven years managing global brands before leaving to earn an MBA. Before LCG, Fabrizio founded Tembici, the largest micro-mobility company in Latin America, with operations in 16 cities across Brazil, Argentina and Chile.

Fabrizio holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Franklin W. Olin School of Business at Babson College in Boston, and a B.A. from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado in São Paulo, Brazil.


Rafael Vogel

Partner | Sales Manager

Rafael is Head of Sales for LCG Brazil (LCGBR). From 2016-2019, Rafael's leadership helped LCGBR achieve 10X growth. He is a proven leader and pioneer in customer experience, and manages LCGBR's relationships with leading MarTech providers and customers. In 2018, LCGBR was the top Adobe partner in Latin America. In 2019 he was named the first chairman of the Adobe Partner Council.

Rafael is a serial technology entrepreneur. He successfully founded and sold Cyberlynxx, an award-winning professional services company recognized globally by both IBM and Trend Micro. Prior to that, he served on the global leadership team at PZMWeb, a digital media company with operations in Brazil and Portugal. Vogel is also an investor and advisor with several high-performing startups.


Fabio Peçanha

Managing Partner - Country manager | Co-Founder

As a Partner with Lima Consulting Group, Fabio has direct experience working with enterprise customers to transform their business and marketing operations for digital optimization, working with the digital marketing departments at Santander, CITI, and HSBC in Brazil. He was also a key part of launching B2W Financial Services.

Fabio has 20 years of business experience in banking, consumer finance, retail and software with global and national organizations. He specializes in client business strategy and management, project planning and management, and customer service.

Fabio holds both an undergraduate and MBA degrees from the Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) University in São Paulo, Brazil. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.


Herman Fuchs

Digital Transformation Practice Leader

Herman had the opportunity to interact with digital technology from an early age, at a time when the social networks were Bulletin Board Systems (BBS) and personal computers had to work with tape recorders. As a self- proclaimed analytical nerd and self-paced learner, he has a strong understanding of data-driven technologies to solve business problems, and feels at home in fast-paced startup environments, working with great products.

After many years trying to understand and predict the future behavior of human beings in the AdTech industry, nowadays he is using similar principles in the financial market, using quantitative strategies, portfolio engineering and trading risk for profit.

Herman has experience running businesses and working directly with digital marketing strategy, marketing & advertising technology, automated solutions and managing cross-functional teams, through over 20 years working in major projects for Brazilian companies.

Otavio Lucchini


Otavio is responsible for all financial activities and is helping the team to scale the business. He brings more than 15 years' experience from both corporate and startup environments, in areas of product management, business development, digital marketing and finance. Most recently, Otavio served as Head of Operations & Client Services at Accenture Interactive where he joined after the acquisition of AD.Dialeto, where he was a partner and VP of Finance. Otavio Holds an MBA from Regent University in Virginia/USA and a business degree from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado in São Paulo/Brazil.


Philippe Jorge

Board Member

As an investor and Board Member, Philippe brings more than 20 years of experience on entrepreneurship and digital marketing. He first came to Brazil in 2009 to launch Netbooster's operation in the country. After a management buyout, Philippe scaled the business focusing on social media marketing. In 2013, Netbooster merged with AD.Brazil to form AD.Dialeto, which became a leading full service digital agency, later acquired by Accenture Interactive in 2015. He Served as Managing Director at Accenture Interactive until 2018 and left to launch Naister, a French startup working with Artificial Intelligence to help brands bring impactful content strategy. Philippe holds a business degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse in France.
