Paul Lima
Managing Partner

Paul LimaNamed by Hispanic Digital Marketing as one of the "Marketers Who Matter Most", Paul Lima has seventeen years experience in serving industry, government and non-profit organizations.
Prior to starting Lima Consulting Group, he spent seven years in the financial services industry. He served as Vice President of Operations for Global Guardian Group, an investment management firm with offices in Frankfurt and New York. Previously he held positions at SEI Investments (NASDAQ: SEIC), a $5 Billion dollar company, where he developed business andtechnology strategy and was responsible for new product development and service offerings. While at SEI, Paul web-enabled Trust3000 by launching Trust3000Anywhere, which is a trust accounting system that actively trades up to $1.5 Trillion on a daily basis.

 

Mr. Lima served in the US Army Reserves where he served as the Deputy Commander of Army Reservists supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is responsible for the IT Infrastructure for the Department of Defense. In this capacity he managed over $50 million in the value of services provided to the Agency. Mr. Lima is the current Chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and currently holds Board positions with the West Point Society of Philadelphia and the Wharton Alumni Association Board. He has held Board Positions with the National Society of Hispanic MBA and founded an English as a Second Language program in his community.

 

He holds a Masters degree from the University Of Pennsylvania’s Executive Masters in Technology Management, a program lead by the School of Engineering (SEAS) and co-sponsored by the Wharton School and he holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy.  Paul speaks Spanish and is conversant in Portuguese.

 
Brian Leatherberry
Marketing Strategy Consultant

Brian Leatherberry is a marketing strategist. He specializes in helping clients develop their marketing strategies and integrating them into an integrated methodology that supports their business objectives. He was a former brand manager for Tylenol and Imodium, and at Campbell’s soup, and has held senior marketing executives roles at IMS Health, the largest provider of pharmaceutical use data.  Brian is a graduate of Temple University and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.



Milton Huezo
Operations Manager

Mr. Huezo is responsible for the quality of the services rendered by LCG.  Previously, Milton co-founded Infinity 2, where he served as the Director of OnlineMarketing.  He manages our team of online marketers and is himself a constant student and practitioner of search engine optimization, e-mail marketing and pay per click campaigns.

 

He holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Dickinson College and an MBA with emphasis in E-Business from the University of Phoenix. Milton's speaks Spanish and English.

Paul E. Lima, Sr.
Major General, Retired, US Army Reserves
Business Development

Paul E. Lima, Sr. is responsible for marketing and sales of government contracting opportunities.  General Lima brings a seasoned perspective of over forty six years in marketing and managing various international businesses in the automotive, consumer goods, defense, insurance and financial services industries.  Most recently, Mr. Lima managed the international businesses lines for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.  Prior to that, he managed the Latin American (LAM) international insurance business interests of ITT Hartford, and before that, the LAM insurance businesses of AIG.  Prior to that he managed product lines for Black & Decker in LAM, and prior to that he managed the LAM business relationship for PACCAR, the holding company for Kenworth and Peterbuilt trucks.

 

Paul E. Lima, Sr. is a retired Major General Officer from the US Army Reserves where he served as the Deputy Commander and Chief for the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), representing America's military presence in Latin America and the Caribbean.  President Clinton appointed Major General Lima as the lead US Advisor to the Haitian government during the Haitian crisis.  Paul speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English.  Paul holds Masters Degrees from the Darden School of Business, Boston College, and the US Army War College, and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy located at West Point, New York.

Karen Johnson
Financial Manager

With over sixteen years in the accounting industry, Karen brings key insights into the purchasing decision of General Ledger systems and consults on how best to setup systems and processes to provide routine reporting for leaders.Karen is frequently brought into engagements to perform financial consulting and offers a wealth of experience in conducting financial analysis.Karen also assists in the development and analysis of e-commerce key performance metrics. She also manages the company payroll and recordkeeping and manages the relationship with our accounting firm.


Jorge Perdomo
Account Manager

Jorge Perdomo is responsible for the management and execution of digital marketing initiatives for a diverse range of both domestic and Latin American clients. He assists in developing effective digital strategies for organizations using the company's methodology: Think, Tool, Do, Measure.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with studies in marketing with a concentration in consumer psychology. Jorge has lived in the U.S., Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala and Argentina and speaks native English, Spanish, and Portuguese.


Nicolas Cano
Director, Technology Development

Nicolas directs the technical resources at Lima Consulting and has experience working across a variety of technical languages and platforms since 2000.

Nicolas has experience in managing over 75 NetSuite implementations. He has lead teams in developing over 50 ecommerce websites, several social and professional networks, 50 Google analytics implementations, 20 Omniture implementations, and a variety of other software solutions in both open source and company specific solutions.

Nicolas background in a variety of programming languages has enabled him to take many of these platforms beyond their usual capabilities through advanced custom coding initiatives. Nicolas led the development of the first NetSuite shopping cart customization as well as the first integration of Omniture technology with NetSuite. Clients have included Coca-Cola, AmeriGas, Mercedez-Benz, Fuji Film, Eurocar, amongst many others.

Nicolas holds a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from the Politechnical University of Madrid as well as a postgraduate specialty in Systems Engineering from the Technological University of Buenos Aires. He also holds certificates in Genexus, Programming V.B. Net, and Systems Administration.
