Tasks

Participate in pre-release activities which include feedback on upcoming product release features and research on new technology implementations.
Create and analyze product and technology requirements.
Provide scope and estimates related to software component deliverables.
Partake and contribute to design and code reviews.
Design and develop software components.
Development unit testing and timely release of software components.
Participate in post-release activities which include production support/maintenance and product enhancement/refinement.
Ongoing skill building and professional development.
Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of new system functionality or modifications of an existing system.
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance.
Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status.
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures.


Requirements:

Work Experience:

At least at least 3 years of professional experience in web-based software development and the software development life cycle
At least 2 year minimum in each of the following areas: Microsoft Visual Studio, JavaScript, HTML, XML, DHTML, ASP.NET
Strong Object-Oriented Analysis and Design skills (Domain-Driven Design and Domain Model implementation experience is a plus)
Experience using Object-Relational Mapping technologies such as nHibernate or ADO.NET Entity Framework
Experience with Service-Oriented and/or Aspect-Oriented techniques is a plus
Practical working knowledge of SQL Server database development, including creation of Stored Procedures
Practical working knowledge of SQL Server database development, including creation of Stored Procedures, Table Design, Index Design, and query optimization)
Participated in 1 or more complete product development and release cycles
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good design documentation skills
Motivated Self-starter, hard worker, able to handle multiple priorities
Flexible with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work and learn independently in addition to
on a team
Excellent time management skills
Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer-related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

Position: Analyst /Part-Time with potential to go to Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organized administrator who is eager to be a part of an emerging management consulting firm. You will be part of a team that is experiencing exponential growth, and candidates should be prepared to make an impact and have an entrepreneurial spirit. 
• Conduct daily huddle with senior executives to plan their agendas and schedules 
• Coordinate and confirm meetings and meeting resources 
• File expense reports to clients for reimbursement 
• Perform contact management and updates to the Customer Relationship Management System 
• Performing data entry in the Customer Relationship Management system (familiarity with NetSuite is a plus) 
• Special projects as assigned 
• Hold weekly meeting to review the sales pipeline and assist in setting priorities for pursuing each 
• Updating the content of the website using our Content Management System 
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team that is designed to develop innovative solutions to our clients most challenging business needs. 
The Analyst will assist senior management in coordinating the activities of the client services team by providing routine reporting at weekly meetings to project management reports. Telecommuting is an option once you have proven your dedication to the firm. We maintain a non-smoking environment where the attire is generally business casual. 


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly proficient with conducting internet research and familiar with using websites to manage virtual teams 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point. 
• Polished interpersonal skills, high degree of self confidence and reliability 
• Reliable transportation, punctual and self-disciplined 
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives of large companies 
• Self-Starter who works well independently 
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail 
• Proven track record of consistently hitting goals and deadlines 
• Highly organized and efficient with time management skills; detail oriented 
• High degree of initiative with the ability to make recommendations 
• Comfortable in a multi-tasking, demanding, fast paced atmosphere 
• Positive Attitude 
Preferred Candidates: 
• Experience in leading and managing others in a professional environment 
• Microsoft Visio, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server, and some familiarity with common programming languages. 
• Spanish and Portuguese language skills are a plus 


COMPENSATION and HOURS: 
Commensurate with experience. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment where your performance will be highly valued. We are looking for ambitious self-starters who want to contribute to our growth. This opportunity has the potential of Full Time work. 
We are flexible with your schedule- but would like a minimum contribution of 7-10 hours per week, with rare “on-call” responsibilities.
